Initial Consultation

An initial consultation includes a basic health check; I am able to also assess your current fitness level and experience.

We will discuss specific goals (i.e. weight loss, toning) and together talk about how is best to attain them.

I will get to know you and you’ll get to know me! I will work out your attitude to fitness, your likes and dislikes, therefor ensuring I can provide you with the most effective, enjoyable but most of all, rewarding Personal Training programme.

Diet is discussed along with guidelines and food diaries.

Your Health History is important and therefor a PAR Q (physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) will need to be completed- this is a standard form that everyone should complete before taking part in exercise.
