(During both PT and Classes- I’ve become known for my quotes and little outbursts… now known as "Flight-erisms!" ...here we go) and for my clients- you can picture me now …..

* DO NOT drop your arms (or you can but we start again!)

* what’s that smell?.. Burning calories!
