Torture with Laura

My daughter decided that it would be a good idea for me to have a personal trainer and set about finding me one.

Laura was the result, she is very charming but please beware the drill sergeant side does not take long to surface.

Never tell her you actually like an exercise - it will suddenly get more difficult and that is before she starts to add her exercise enhancers........torture instruments! - weights, balls and bands, all of which hurt.
